How it works
Three people, one document: whoever issues it in the office, whoever drives and whoever inspects.
In the office
- Add your carriers, shippers, customers, drivers and vehicles (or import them from CSV).
- Create the DeCA by picking each party from the list and add lines with origin, destination, goods and weight.
- Download the PDF or email it to the driver straight from the DeCA.
- If something changes during the trip, modify the DeCA with a reason. The QR stays the same.
- When the service ends, mark it as completed.
On the road, no app
- The driver receives an email with the DeCA link.
- They open it in the phone browser: no account, password or app needed.
- If the office modifies it, the same link always shows the version in force.
During an inspection
- The officer scans the QR on the document with any reader.
- The current PDF downloads directly from an HTTPS address, with no intermediate steps.
- The link works during the service and for seven calendar days after it ends.
