How much does it cost?
Nothing. Issuing, modifying, storing and viewing DeCAs is free, with no document limit and no card. You just need to register your company.
What does the driver show at a roadside inspection?
The DeCA PDF or its QR code. The officer scans the QR and downloads the current version directly, without passwords.
How do I start?
Create your account with your company email and tax ID, confirm your email and sign in. Add your master data and issue your first DeCA.
Does the driver need to install anything?
No. They get a link by email and open it in their phone browser.
Can I modify a DeCA after issuing it?
Yes, while the service is in progress. You give a reason, a new version is created and the QR keeps leading to the version in force.
How long are documents kept?
At least one year after the service ends. You can download any version from the dashboard.
What happens to the link when the trip ends?
It stays active for seven calendar days after the DeCA is completed or cancelled, then it is disabled. The PDF stays available to you in the dashboard.
Can several people in my company use it?
Yes. Colleagues register with the same email domain and an owner approves them, or you can invite them directly.
Why can't I register with Gmail or Hotmail?
The service is for businesses. Using the company domain lets us group users of the same organisation.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API documented with OpenAPI. Owners create secret keys from the dashboard.
When does the digital DeCA become mandatory?
Deadlines are set by the regulations and may change. Check the regulations in force and the official announcements of the Spanish Ministry of Transport.
