The bot reads tax ids, plates, dates and weights from the photo and matches them against your master data.
Voice notes
Drivers can answer by speaking: the audio is transcribed and handled like typed text.

Checked before issuing
Nothing is issued until the driver sees the summary and taps "Issue DeCA".
Changes afterwards
"Change" updates the vehicle, trailer or destination. The link and QR code stay the same.
In their language
The bot speaks Spanish or English, following the driver's language in your account.
How a driver gets connected
- In the web app, copy your company's code from the drivers page.
- The driver sends the bot "JOIN" followed by the code, then their name and DNI or NIE.
- An owner of your company approves the request in the web app.
- From then on, the driver issues DeCAs by chatting with the bot.
What data we keep
- Photos and voice notes are read on our own servers, with no external AI service, and are not stored.
- A conversation in progress is deleted after 24 hours.
- The issued DeCA stays in your account, like the ones you issue on the web.
