Data we process
Registration data (name, work email, phone, job title, language), your company's data (legal name, tax ID, fleet size), how you heard about us and the origin of your visit (campaign parameters and referring website), the data you enter to issue DeCAs (companies, drivers, vehicles and goods) and messages you send us through the contact form.

Providing the free DeCA issuing and retention service, managing your account and your company's, and answering your enquiries (performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps).
Understanding which channels bring us users and improving the service (legitimate interest).
If you tick the corresponding box, sending you commercial information about Routyn's products and services by email or phone (consent, which you can withdraw at any time). The service is free precisely because it helps us introduce Routyn to transport companies, but your access does not depend on accepting commercial communications.
Retention
While you keep your account and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. DeCAs are kept for at least one year after the service ends.
Recipients and processors
Providers that help us run the service (hosting, database and authentication, email delivery), under data processing agreements. Inspection authorities can access each DeCA through its public link while it is active.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [privacy email]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
